Thank you for shopping with us. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact us! You should be receiving an email with your order confirmation in a few minutes, make sure to check your SPAM/Junk email folder as certain sensitive filters may put it there. Our 4 Step Fulfillment Process

HairVeda's products are all made to order, with a guarantee each item arrives to you fresh. Regular orders take 5 -10 business days to process under normal circumstances. We will email you if we are experiencing delays with your order. If you have pre-ordered an item that is not in stock, we will send your entire order when your pre-ordered item arrives.

E-checks take 5-8 days to clear before we can process your order. We cannot ship your items before the check clears. Paypal will send you an email when your check has cleared in our account.

CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

 

Address Accuracy:

Please check the shipping address on file at Paypal for accuracy. If you need to make changes, please email us to avoid delay or returned items.  If you do not contact us regarding your address, we will assume the address is correct. We are not responsible for your package if it is delivered to the wrong location.

 

Changes:

If you would like to add an additional item or modify your order, simply email us  and we will be happy to assist you.

 
Combined Orders:
If you place 2 orders within 48 hours, HairVeda/UrbanAroma will refund a portion of your shipping fee and ship the items together if possible. If we are unable bundle your items in one package, we will refund the remaining balance of your shipping payment.

Multiple Addresses:
We can ship 1 single order to 2 different locations. Shipping addresses must be located in the continental 48 states (additional shipping fee may apply).

  SHIPPING & TRACKING

 

When your item ships, you will receive an email from Paypal  with a tracking number. The tracking number can take up to 48 hours to display additional information.

 

To track, go to www.USPS.com. You can track your package directly to your door. Make sure to click the Additional Details tab for more information about your package.

 

Sometimes, due to USPS technical issues, you may not be able to track your order for a number of days. In most cases your items will arrive before you are able to view tracking information.

 LOST, MISSENT or STOLEN PACKAGE

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your HairVeda/UrbanAroma order is in the possession of the USPS carrier/postal service, we are not responsible for your package if it is lost or stolen. Orders over $80.00 are insured by HAIRVEDA. If you would like to insure a package of lesser value contact us.


Although this is a very rare occurence, sometimes a package will get stolen or is missent by the post office. If your package is stolen/lost while in the care of USPS we cannot replace the items.

 
All missent or lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest post office/sorting office to work out any shipment problems. We only have the capacity to track a package.

Please keep in mind, the shipping fee you pay goes
directly to USPS to deliver your items. We keep no portion of the shipping fees. When shipping fees are paid, you are paying the United States Post Office to deliver your package. If your order is being returned to us, we will refund your item less shipping once the item is received.
 
If we do not receive your returned item, we cannot issue a refund. If you would like your items to be resent once it is in our possession, you are responsible for paying additional shipping and repackaging fees. If the items are badly damaged, we can only issue a partial refund.
 
Because we are a small company, we cannot afford to ship lost items free of charge. It takes a toll on our business resources and ability to keep prices affordable. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Canadian orders are final. We will not mark your items as "Gifts". Your parcel will be marked as "Merchandise". You are responsible for all customs fees associated with your parcel. We ship United States Postal Service.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order,
email the HairVeda Staff no more than 24 hours after your order is placed. If you receive a shipping notification email before you cancel, your cancellation window has expired & your package has already been shipped.
