A: Your Credit Card details are accepted through secure Pay Pal checkout protocol. No member of HairVeda has access to your credit information. All transactions are secure, powered by CGI scripts capable of processing credit card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.
Q: How do I know my order has been placed?
A: After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail from PayPal confirming each order and payment. Please check your e-mail and if you need any correction, you can email us before the items are shipped. You will also get a personal email from one of our HairVeda team members with more details bout how your order is processed.
Q: How are the items delivered?
A: The delivery method depends on the total weight of your package. Packages weighing over 1 lb will be delivered via USPS Priority 2-3 day for orders over. Smaller packages 1 lb and under, will be delivered USPS First Class mail 2-5 days. International: We ship USPS International Flat Rate Priority (6-10 days after shipment).
Q: What About Missing Packages/Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items?
A: Once your HairVeda order is in the possession of the USPS carrier/postal service, we are not responsible for your package. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest post office to work out any shipment problems. We only have the capacity to track a package.
Q: Can you guarantee the date of delivery?
A: We take all efforts to deliver packages on time. But sometimes, when we run out of stock of the ordered items, delivery might be delayed. Be assured that such conditions occur rarely. If we run out of a product and you have ordered several products, we will send the products we have in stock and send the remaining products when they are available with no extra shipping cost to you.
Q:How do I know that the item has been shipped?
A: After the delivery PayPal will send you a confirmation of delivery by e-mail. You will be furnished a Delivery tracking number. You can go to the USPS website at www.usps.com to track your package to your door.
Q: Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
A: You can cancel at any item before it enters the shipment process. Usually if you email us within 24 hours of placing the order, we will be able to cancel your item(s) and refund your card/ bank/ Paypal account. All promotional & special sales are final.
Q: Can I get a refund after my items are recieved?
A: Each package comes with a 100% satisfaction guarentee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, HairVeda will make every attempt to correct the problem. Simply email us, state the issue and we will resolve it as soon as possible! We issue store credits and or refunds under special circumstances. Please let us know about any defects or problems you are having with your order within 5 days of delivery. We cannot refund/issue a store credit beyond this point. Because our producs are handmade, we include a preservative in most items. After product receipt and inspection, it is up to the custoemr to practice safe handling methods and to use the products responsibly.
